Communication:
Some of the other providers want to communicate as little as possible, but we want an ongoing relationship. This is why we communicate in a way that makes you comfortable, whether that be in email, video chat, or phone call.

Because of our commitment to freedom, we also can make less electronic waste. Many older devices can not hold up to the demands of upgrades from Microsoft and Apple, when that happens, we can use free software to dramatically prolong the life of those devices. In fact, our main field laptop is a think-pad from 2013.
